The teaser highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer finishes with a striking scene showing a character, presumably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
